As an independent candle consultant you are in business for yourself. You can sell candles any way you desire. An easy way to build a customer base is through candle parties. Get a friend to invite several friends to her house for a party. Show the sample candles and take the orders. It is fast and easy usually taking less than two hours. When you have a party ask if anyone there would like to have a party at their house. They earn 10% of the party sales in candles so you will have a lot of people who want to earn free candles. Your parties and customers will rapidly increase.
You can also sell at shows, to friends and relatives, at bazaars or other activities. Anywhere there are a group of people together you can sell candles. Everyone loves candles. You earn 40% of each sale. You can recruit additional sales consultants and receive 5% override on all of their orders.
On average our consultants earn $500 to $1,000 extra per month working part time. Some are regularly making $3,000 to $4,000 per month.
No up front money is required, however a sample sales kit with all of the fragrances is available for $100. It contains $250 worth of candles. It is EXTREMELY helpful to have samples of each fragrance to show the customer the color, quality, and fragrance of the candles.
